Protect exposed food below the platform

Where access must pass above food or an open production line, FIC can fabricate a solid stainless diamond-plate walking surface with sealed seams, raised perimeter curbs, and a smooth closed underside to help prevent debris, tools, dirt, and liquids from falling onto product.
